Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, with a strict focus on direct response performance.
Launch and scale influencer campaigns designed to hit CPA, ROAS, and lead quality goals.
Build frameworks for whitelisting, allowlisting, and paid amplification of influencer content across paid media channels.
Collaborate with creative teams and influencers to produce high-performing direct response ads, videos, and UGC that convert.
Test, measure, and optimize campaigns across targeting, creatives, and offers.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively, with the ability to scale influencer spend profitably to $500K+/month.
Monitor performance daily—tracking conversions, attribution, and compliance to ensure campaigns meet strict KPI thresholds.
Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer marketing, direct response best practices, and FTC compliance.
Qualifications
4+ years of influencer marketing experience with a focus on direct response / performance marketing.
Proven track record of running influencer campaigns that scale profitably.
Strong understanding of influencer contracts, fee structures, and performance-based deal models (CPA, CPL, revenue share).
Experience working with platforms, tools, and networks that support influencer outreach, campaign management, and analytics.
Deep knowledge of direct response funnels, UGC creative strategy, attribution, and conversion optimization.
Must be able to work on-site at our Beverly Hills, CA office.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $130,000, with unlimited monthly KPI-based bonuses which can push total compensation to over $130,000 annually for high performers.
Final compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including your experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
